  • description

Full of charm and character, The Hayloft has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and is perfectly positioned for being able to explore Lavenham on foot.

Once a Coach House, The Hayloft was creatively converted into a cottage in the 1990's. Peaceful and quiet, even though positioned in the heart of the town and ideal for a family or friends travelling together. Spacious kitchen and dining area, and cosy sofas positioned around the fire. Warmer evenings can be spent in the pretty sheltered courtyard at the front of The Hayloft.

    • Entrance into hallway: access to bedrooms and bathroom, stairs up to first floor
    • Sitting room: Making the most of the views around the square, the open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining area are on the first floor. A wonderfully bright and spacious room with cast iron gas stove, flat screen TV, lamps, and two large sofas
    • Kitchen and Dining area: a range of fitted units, dishwasher, washer/dryer, built-in electric oven with gas hob, microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is a table and chairs for dining
    • Master bedroom: a king size bed, bedside units with lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers
    • En-suite: comprising a good size shower, wash basin and toilet.
    • Double room: with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers
    • Bathroom: with bath, and shower over bath, basin and WC
    • Outside: a fully enclosed courtyard garden to the front with shrubs, flower borders, and patio furniture
    • Heating: central heating throughout
    • Also... wifi
