Beautifully presented, the vaulted ceiling adds to the roomy feel with exposed beams against fresh white walls. Both bedrooms are bright and fresh with storage and either a double or twin beds. A contemporary, well equipped kitchen sits next to the dining area and both lead through to the sitting area where French doors open onto a private, enclosed, paved terrace for guests to enjoy. Greenacres has been described as 'A bird watchers paradise with both Minsmere and Dunwich Heath just a few moments away.' This pet-friendly property is ideal for a family or couples wanting to explore Suffolk's Heritage coast line.
I was so impressed with the service Cottage Tree provided when I was looking for accommodation in the Suffolk area. Their detailed knowledge of the properties they list helped me make the perfect choice. We loved Greenacres - it is comfortable, spacious, well equipped and the hosts made us very welcome. Christine, (Stayed August 2017)
We found the property to be very well equipped, clean tidy and very comfortable, and in easy access of local attractions on the Suffolk coast. I will add being that this property is LOCATED ON THE A12 I was worried it would be noisy so earplugs were at the ready as I cannot sleep with any noise. DELIGHTED TO SAY NO NOISE - I was so wrong, so surprised the earplugs were not needed - the property has triple glazing so I didn't hear a pin-drop. Fabulous we will be recommending and would re visit if in the area again. Located close to Southwold beautiful timeless beach town, Aldeborough where we had fab fish and chips and Thorpeness where we spotted the quirky House in the Clouds Tracy, (Stayed August 2017)
The cottage was spotlessly clean and airy with a well equipped kitchen. Good location for getting to the coast and plenty of places near by to eat. Steve and Sandra were so helpful and welcoming - they really have got the balance of letting you know you are being looked after, without being fussed over. The cottage feels completely secluded from the main house and it is lovely to have your own private terrace Claire, (Stayed August 2017)
Everything was great and you could not want for anything more for a stay in this lovely place and the great places to visit that are on your doorstep via a car. My husband left his jacket behind and the lady of the house soon got in touch to tell him and so we got it back happily on the same day - thankyou so much. Not a thing wrong - it was fab Robert, (Stayed July 2017)
The bungalow had everything we needed and more. It was exceptionally well equipped, clean, comfortable, spacious and stylish. It had lots of parking space and a very pleasant garden area. The owners were really welcoming and very helpful. We wished we could have stayed longer! Stephanie, (Stayed July 2017)
Sandra made us very welcome, to a delightful holiday accommodation. Peace and tranquillity was our expectations, this we had in full measure at Greenacres. This is a very good centre to visit Suffolk, easy access to the coast and the Broads. The weather was very cold, however we were very cosy with a good central heating system. In other words a perfect venue for our holiday, I am sure we shall return. Philip, (Stayed May 2017)
We had a great time!!! This was our first time staying in a self catering accommodation - we couldn't have asked anything better. Sandra and her husband was lovely and very helpful. The house is amazing and felt like home. We stayed with our puppy Bella who couldn't stop running around the house!!! Comfy bed and kitchen was fully equipped. Suffolk was amazing with the beaches and natural reserve!! We will definitely visit again Navin, (Stayed April 2017)
This is a roomy, light and comfortable base from which to explore both the Suffolk coast and countryside. Our main reason for booking was the proximity to Aldeburgh and Southwold, and also to use as a base to explore the county by e-bike. Sandra and Steve made us very welcome and provided secure storage for our e-bikes which we didn't want to leave outside. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the house well equipped. This is an ideal property for a couple, or two couples sharing. Although only just off the busy A12, traffic noise was never an issue, and the side road opposite gave access to the network of quiet country lanes without ever having to venture on to the A12 with our bikes. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily book again for another enjoyable week's cycling Roger, (Stayed April 2017)
1st class accommodation. Excellent weather 37 degrees. Great seeing old haunts. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Paul & Katie, New Forest, (Stayed September 2016)
House was really lovely, comfy beds and everything we wanted. Would definitely come back again. Morton Family, Melbourne Australia, (Stayed September 2016)
