Hello We had a fabulous holiday and everything was as expected and more perfect for parking a big thing in Southwold Location just right by the Pier the flat was very very comfortable and we liked the added bonus of a private garden .certainly worth a 5 star rating on all counts . thank You Lynne and Sylvia, (Stayed July 2023)
Great accommodation in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Bronwen, (Stayed July 2022)
Reading previous reviews my expectations were not particularly high, but we really needed this break, so when we arrived and found a wonderfully quaint and very clean home, we were very pleased indeed. Not knowing what to expect we loaded the car with just about every extra imaginable, but they were not needed, this home has everything from electric toothbrush adapters to a shoehorn. All the utensils, plates, cups etc are high quality and even down to a nice corkscrew Daniel, (Stayed October 2021)
This spacious ground floor flat was ideal for my elderly mother - very accessible with parking right outside. The conservatory is a particularly nice space with the comfy armchairs. Great location so near to the sea front - ideal for dashing out for a morning swim in the sea and coming back for a hot shower. This is not 'boutique' accommodation and has a slightly tired/dated feel to it, but that is not something that worries us for a weeks holiday as on the whole the property was clean and that is what matters. Helen, (Stayed September 2021)
We very much enjoyed our second stay in 1 Pier Court. It's a lovely comfortable place with everything you need. It was beautifully clean and the tea coffee sugar milk and biscuits were very much appreciated. We will certainly consider another booking but would request better weather next time! Lillers, (Stayed July 2021)
A comfortable and clean large apartment in a brilliant location close to the seafront. We particularly loved the private outside garden. Having parking was a plus. We would happily come back again. Jane, (Stayed June 2021)
A great flat, warm and comfortable and just a minutes walk from the pier and seafront Sandra, (Stayed October 2020)
“Stunning location and position. So convenient for the beach and town. Great parking. We felt the accommodation was a little tired and dates but all we needed was available.” Tracy, (Stayed September 2020)
Great place in a great location. Would definitely return again Scott, (Stayed September 2020)
“Comfortable, very spacious and fabulous position. This well-equipped apartment is perfect for exploring the charming town and its surrounding attractions. Ample parking and a lovely sun trap of a garden.” Katrina, (Stayed July 2020)
Superb position, excellent parking, pretty sunny garden. Southwold very Olde World and quaint. Good selection of Restaurants, cafes and Pubs. Beaches gorgeous Wendy, (Stayed October 2019)
“I needed to find ground floor accommodation as I was staying with my elderly mother. It was very convenient from that point of view. She was able to use the bedroom with a large bed and en suite bathroom, and enjoyed watching the birds in the small garden. The sitting was especially nice when it was sunny. Bright and warm even in the first week in October. The flat is very close to the pier, so not in the most quaint part of Southwold, but as Southwold is very small, it is not a long walk to the high street.” Hugh, (Stayed October 2019)
