Excellent place to stay for a family Christmas. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a Christmas lunch. It was easy to cook in and had all equipment listed. Large dinning table. The beds were comfortable and the host responsive when there was an issue with the heating. Frances, (Stayed December 2024)
Very well equipped kitchen. Outdoor space useable, although plants need cutting back..Tv in every room. Living space would be a little cramped for more than four adults..ok for three.First floor bedrooms light and airy. Beds comfortable. Lacking surfaces for make up etc. Attic room which is up narrow, steep winding stairs has a lovely view over the town, but really low ceiling. Property is on busy road about 5 mins walk uphill from town.Opposite there is a good pup selling craft beers. It is well insulated from the noise. Lisbeth , (Stayed October 2024)

We had a wonderful stay at the CottageTree! The house was perfect size for our family and we appreciated there was a high chair and travel cot for our kids. The area was great perfect for walking everywhere in town! Highly recommend this listing for your family trip to Woodbridge! Marisa, (Stayed August 2024)
We visit Woodbridge every year and this was just a super location for really being able to stay in the most beautiful historical centre by the church, great boutiques, cafes, lots of pubs with outside dining and drinking in the evening sunshine, lovely atmosphere. Not too far to walk down to the river and Tide Mill. Only 10 mins drive to Sutton Hoo and many other nearby attractions. The cottage had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Lovely to have a garden too. All tech and WiFi was reliable throughout our stay. It was a little noisy on the front, but we got used to it after a couple of nights. V well equipped kitchen - which was great. Nicci, (Stayed July 2024)
